He was much loved and adored by his owner, an elderly lady. But as time went on she became unable to care for him properly. Her family persuaded her to bring him to our wonderful foster mum Isabel. It broke the lady's heart but she knew it was for the best for Valero. Valero is a very social and calm dog, docile and very affectionate. He just wants to be with you, his owner. You will be everything to him. He can be placed with cats and other dogs. He'll be happy being near you - a loyal, easy going quite small dog.
