We Three Kings ....

We are dogs. We are not toys. We are not playthings. We love you and respect you, please love and respect us too. And if you would like a dog, please adopt, don't shop.

In the Chinese Year of the Dog, lets wish that more and more people treat all animals with love and respect. Thank you to everyone associated with ACE-Shin for their love and care through the years.

Happy New Year 2018

Two lost darlings found and safe home!

Great news over the last few weeks. Calcetin, lost for many days, has been found and caught and is now safely hom. Durante is found and safe after being missing for several days. A great way to start the New Year.

New Year Wish

We wish all employees and animals of Ace a very good and healthy 2018.
Belia Louwrier and Basje.

Our Jose is getting better slowly but surely.

Our Hyun - no words needed!

Mastin Jules and little one Bo - there is no better friendship!

Our Mastin Jules has found his best friend, little Bo, she is his everything!
Bo crawls over and under Jules, they sleep together and romp together, they are like two peas in a pod! When they get a good start Mastins are real good news, gentle good big dogs. And this is one of them.

Yuna (Rosalyn)

Yuna wishes you all the best for 2018! And also from her owners a big thank you for all the work you do ... we have had Yuna with us for two months now and can no longer imagine life without her! ... Very good luck with everything you do and hopefully many of your treasures will get a warm basket.

El Gordo has come "HOME"

Everything's going really well with El Gordo. He's become pretty good friends with Prutske, it's
very nice to see them grow towards each other. Also, walking in busier environments is going well (we are building this up very slowly). He also wants to play with every dog he meets and is sometimes somewhat 'disappointed' when they do not look at him. He also likes to give each tree
some water ... and every pole, a real male ... πŸ˜‰

It is very surprising that he has adapted and is settling so well. I must
honestly say that, except for minor adjustments, he really is a treasure of a
dog, a really exemplary dog. Although snow is not his favorite

Wishing  you happy holidays.

FRIDAY FRIDAY - Frankske, beaten, left for dead ...

An incredibly sad story, ... This death-brave soul was beaten by his boss until he collapsed ... Under the delusion that he was dead, the boss stuck the poor thing in a bag and threw him in the trash can. A lady who was about to throw garbage away saw the man very laboriously throwing the heavy bag into the container and asked why the bag was so heavy. To which he coldly replied that he had killed his dog and left. When the lady looked in the bin she saw the head of the dog poking out the trash bag; the poor beast was in a bad condition but was still alive. She took him home and kept him for a few weeks. Unfortunately she did not go to the vet with him, but gave him food and love. She could not keep the poor thing because her landlord was against it, and forced her to give him up.

So Frankske came to us. He has never seen a vet, he is so neglected and so abused; the poor darling has no knowledge nor ideas of different things can be. He must also be in enormous pain because he walks with his head crooked and you see that he is not good. He is very sweet, you really feel quite ill when you see this poor unfortunate suffering dog. He is going to a veterinarian and then we will see everything that's wrong with him. But one thing is certain, this sweetheart has overcome very many blows. He has left a hell of a life behind him, may we hope he's now on another path and that one way or another some good will come to him.
