Here is an update about Nobu, whom we adopted last Tuesday ... meanwhile he has been given the name Boris and after 2 days he was already a full member of our pack 😃
The drive home went very smoothly on Tuesday. Of course it was all very exciting for him, but he went through the trip very well! Early on he crawled onto my lap to recover, while Cindy drove the car.
When we got home he was warmly welcomed by our 2 children and our 2 other dogs. It was of course a short introduction and a sniff, but Boris was immediately accepted.
So he is doing very well! Of course he still has a lot to discover, but it will all be fine !!!
The TV is something he does not know about yet, and he does not like it (yet),when it's on then he lies down on the mat. Eating is also something he loves so we have to be careful not to grab anything away from him.
Thunderstorm do not bother him, at least for the time being, so that is a bonus.
Next Monday we have an appointment with the vet for a full check up.
In summary: we are very happy with our new friend !!! He adapts quickly and will soon feel completely at home.
And he is a real CUDDLE BEAR !!!
