Fabienne's diary: when the female goes ...

                                               Bernadetje                                                     Albertina

Bernadetje and Albertina, two 'disposable' dogs. They came in after their last days were counted down with their family.Their 'family', indeed, because the 'family' did not want to keep up with the dogs of their beloved mother who had passed away. These two dogs were her only support, and her wish was that they would be happy, but mother was not yet gone when both dogs were already a huge burden. They had to leave NOW.

There they were. Shy and scared, drooling from uncertainty and anxiety. Dogs like these who then end up with us are always painful to see. They are used to being hugged and pampered, pampered and loved by their mothers. They were lying on the sofa, or perhaps on the edge of the bed, at least nice and close to their mistress. Today they are on the street and they have to be put in a cage  -just when it is getting cold and damp here and the rain falls from the sky in buckets.

Both are here now. What can you do about it? Hopefully they will soon find lovely people who will go for them,
