When they know that their new darlings are home and safe at last.
Here is what Fabienne says about her latest trip to Belgium.
"We were in Belgium for a little while recently.
What a beautiful moment it is, every time you see how happy people are when they are picking up their dogs.
They are all equally loved and equally enthusiastic,
So despite the severe winter, there were a lot of happy owners in Zaventem ...
It was just super. Although it was very cold the welcome was so heartwarming.
