A happy boy
Hello everyone
Bono is doing really well (his ear still gives him problems but we are taking care of that with good ointment). He is a cheerful and joyful dog, gets on very well with other
dogs, as well as with his buddies Bettie and Duuk.
We go to the beach a lot, he runs from one dog to the other and just squeals and barks. Now he will even run into the sea, especially if Duuk
is already in. He's a real nice family dog (all he needed was to have a good boss who he knows is the boss. Without that firmness, he would just do as he pleases.)
We know this because we have previously had two water dogs, also
from Spain. One is old and the other became ill and died and lived to be only six but what a lot of fun we had with them.)
We are very happy with Bono and enjoy every day with him. He has a collection of toys - hedgehog, lamb, bear - and he runs around playing with them all day and occasionally he also lets the other two play with them.
Apart from that one ear, which we are taking care of, he is otherwise healthy. We hope he will have a long stay with us.
Rob and I still want to keep a good contact with your
foundation and hope to visit the shelter in Malaga when we are next on holiday in Spain. It will not be this year because of we have two small children and are getting married in the summer.
