Our Andres has a heart of gold and is a treasure of a dog, despite his past. Until recently, Andres' life was a true nightmare, yet it has not affected his noble and sweet character as a Shepherd. At first it belonged to a man who bought him for a lot of money and then suddenly hung him (tied him?) from a tree, day and night. He was a strange individual himself and Andres was not crazy about his owner.Why would he be?!

When a shepherd, an acquaintance of the man, passed by he asked if he could take the dog, and off Andres went again. And from bad to worse, because sheep farmers are really the most cruel and wicked people  for their animals here. The neighbuor, who saw it all, saw how Andres went from hand to hand, getting thinner and thinner, getting more kicks than food.

One day Andres was strolling down the street, more dead than alive, and  the lady took her chance. She brought him to us, because of course he had no chip, nor someone to come over to claim him. Later she learned that the sheep farmer hadn't even missed him!

Andres is now with us and is gradually coming back to himself, he is a very social sweetheart, with a friendly and good character. He has not lost faith in man and continues to hope for a good boss this time, one who adores him, and will love him. When Andres has an owner who respects and adores him, both will get a pure friendship for life.
