Our old Britta, locked up for years in a death station far in the interior of Spain.
I can still see her sitting with her empty, unexpecting look,… in that dirty, almost invisible cage.
She went along with us in fear because she hadn't been out of the cage for years and then the barrier started in her already advanced life.
And look today:
BRITTA WHEN WE LOADED HER INTO OUR BUS AT THE DEATH STATION
AND TODAY WITH HER OWNERS WHO LOVE HER :
Went to the groomer yesterday with Ace.
She can't stand for long, so only untangled and brushed.
Went to the vet last week.
A bit of a cataract and a bit weak in the hips, but otherwise in good health.
It's going fine...
Greetings from Flushing.
Veronica and Rene
