We hear all the excuses. Necessary research. Better animals than humans. But it comes to something when puppies and kittens are not spared. Not that it's acceptable for any animal to suffer, at whatever age.
The video was secretly filmed in a laboratory in Cambridge, England. Not only are the dogs and cats bred specially for experimentation, but the puppies and kittens are taken from their mothers as young as four weeks.
The voice over is carefully chosen, but ignore that. The camera doesn't lie. Warning: don't watch the video if you are easily upset.
