Our dear Fedra has passed away, which has caused us a lot of grief.

But I promised myself, to give another rescue dog another chance….

We didn't have to look long on Ace's site, my eye immediately fell on this dog, named:

Cindy ref 19103

22 September the transport arrived in Barneveld.

We had to wait so long, so exciting!!!

But how very well organized by all the volunteers, really great !!!

Oooo you were so scared, on the way home you lay shivering on my lap .

Now we are only one week further , and you are doing so well !

You are already listening to your new name: Kira….

(name invented by my husband, because our neighbor's dog is also called Cindy) ...

You are already friends with our dog Risa, and walking on a lead is also going very well !!

From an innocent calm dog you become freer every day , and that is so wonderful to experience , you blossom completely !!

Very curious, and you find our grandchildren less scary.

Of course you will come along when our youngest takes a bath.

Kira is a topper, rescued from the hard life of Spain, sweet dog I promise: we will also give you a wonderful life in beautiful Friesland.
