Camilla, Christine and Selma

Continuing the quest for warm forever baskets for our oldies, here are three more sweethearts.

Camilla

Little Camilla is ten years old. She belonged to an old lady who became ill. When she could no longer care for the little dog, her children refused to look after her. And so she came to us. How terrible to go from being a loved pet to finding yourself without a home.

She hid under a cupboard and cried quietly for her boss, hardly eat, didn't want to mix with the other dogs. Now, with Isabelleke's tender care, Camilla is slowly recovering. She's quite a lady, a real chihuahua - she doesn't want to have anything to do with the other dogs, but she tolerates the puppies. She is however best friends with the cat. Who will take this sweet, sad lady and shower her with the love she deserves and make her smile again.

Christine

This little Yorkie is Christine. She's eight years old. This is how she looked when she first arrived but a nice bath and a trim soon tidied her up. She's a kind and funny little thing, with her typical Andalusian sticky out teeth. All she needs for complete happiness is love and a welcoming lap.

Selma

Look at that lovely face. And those sad eyes. This is Selma, a soft, loving cross Labrador Retriever. She's eight years old and shouldn't be in a rescue centre. She should be enjoying the second half of her life with her own family, her own warm blanket. Who can take this  beautiful girl and love her for the rest of her life. You'll have a darling companion who'll stay faithfully by your side.
