Our Lorenza, is a mom who gave birth to her puppies in the fields. It was cold and wet, during a lockdown in which no one was allowed to enter the street because of Corona. What misery, being a pregnant mother, and then giving birth to 5 little ones. All small and frail, their fate dependant on mother nature and their mom. Luckily she was seen and saved, first caught by Viv, then brought to us. And then her new life started with new opportunities.
Five little ones, one very small and very cold. He could not drink, he had no strength. Kelly took him home and took him to her heart, everyone was concerned about him, our worrisome little one. He fought and fought, weighing barely a few hundred grams, but he wanted to live ...
It is often so beautiful to see how the people in our team fight for our dogs. Melanie has cats with her, Veerle cats and a dog, Kelly our Boaz, Bongo and Fien, and at home there are ... quite a few!!! The power they give to these discarded four-legged friends, wanting them to live and know happiness. Well, our Boazke is one of them. Just look at his short life history. He has to make it! Our little fighter !! Without Kelly it really wouldn't have happened.
Apologies for the lack of photos. The only ones are in video form, which I am unable to transfer to this blog and none of the puppies nor Lorenza are yet on the website. But do keep looking out for them as they will be there when they are ready.
