Zappa (ACE Joseph)

What bad luck dear Zappa (ACE Joseph) has already had in such a short time! We kept the name he was used to, so that he didn't have to get used to a new name every time.

Why Zappa has already had so much bad luck remains a question mark.. He is an incredibly sweet dog who prefers to cuddle with you all day long! At night he loves to fall asleep next to you. That bit of security is extremely important to him!

Zappa is a Podenco with a strong hunting instinct. Cats, ducks, birds really fuel this instinct! So this is definitely something to keep in mind. He will probably never be able to run free. That's why he would love it if he got a lovely garden (which is high enough) to romp around in! He would absolutely love a dog buddy of the same caliber. Other Podencos are doing great! He has also made friends with an Argentine Dog and an Old English Bulldog. In his game he is sometimes, like a real Podenco, a bit wild and clumsy.

Zappa walks very well on the lead! Occasionally he needs some guidance because he can pull a bit on the lead, or bark at other dogs he encounters. But if you correct him, that's fine too.

Zappa would love it if he could finally come home for real! A house where he can relax and receive the attention and love that this treasure of a dog deserves.
