Almejita Jack
They are both a bundle of friendship, all kisses and greeting. Our two newbies of today…
The name "Almeja" has become a household name after we had already rescued our nice, good Almeja, also a lovely Labrador. Well, this sweetheart is just such a nice fat guy... Almejita ... She has to go on a diet, we have made a start, not before time. She had to live on a campo with her boyfriend Jack, Here they lived together and they only had each other, day and night, every week, month, year. Because the family only came once a week, gave them food and drink, a pat and a hug on their heads, and they were gone again. Their horizon was no more than the outside of the cottage on the campo and the people passing by now and then, and they didn't even notice them anymore.
Still, Almejita and Jack kept looking and wagging their tails, hoping that they would someday be able to participate, participate in the life of every day. When they were eventually allowed in the car it was to come to us, to a loft in our refugio.
We have fallen in love with these two lovely dogs… Two treasures that must come home somewhere where we know for sure that they will be loved. Each of them has a good disposition and a will to be with a family, with a owner, to understand they are loved ... Not just once a week, but always and everywhere.
They can be placed separately as long as they leave at the same time ... Who chooses these guys?
