Technology is fine when it works. Not so fine when it doesn't. I sometimes wish that the people who manage these things would listen to the very good advice 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it.'
But they haven't - so overnight, without warning or even asking, my computer has been updated. Which means that not only are well loved things like 'Top Sites' in new and unfamiliar formats, but also that this morning I am unable to download any photos or videos.
Please bear with me. I will try and sort it over the next day or so but I just wish that the techno boffin would leave things alone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
