Benno on the left, Bo on the right
Like so many, they come from a killing station. Two Boxers - such a beautiful breed, happy dogs, top Boxers. Their full, natural confidence in the hands of their owners was betrayed. Those owners who abused, neglected them and then brought to a killing station, discarded like a piece of dirt, beaten and kicked. They have had no care at all, and are in very bad condition. They are skinny and crawl in shock. They would crawl under the ground so as not to be seen.
It is heart and heartbreaking. They didn't even look at their first bowl of food, they didn't even look at their first bowl of water. They are now in our clinic, building their second chance, together with us. Gradually we want to see them change, get a sense of life again, be happy with a hug, be happy with the life they are going to get.
Two Boxers whose worlds became so important to us the day we got to know them. We are going for it again!
