He was once rescued by a Swedish family, but when they got into difficulties they went back to their country and left Rico in a dog hotel. They never came back for him and that was a big blow to Rico. He could did not stay there and ended up with us, a young dog who loved his family, and then realized that they would not come back for him.

That was difficult for a sweetheart like Rico who is very affectionate and loved his family. He has been with us for a while, and a few months ago he was allowed to go out with volunteers for a day, they were all praise for him. He is enthusiastic and cheerful, full of life and willingly accommodating, always attentive and always up for a game.

A young, cheerful, playful dog who definitely needs his walk every day and wants to be cozy with that one family who will cherish him… because once you know him, you never want to lose him, ...
